Quality guarantee

Unopened products are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee. If a product does not meet the specification on its Certificate of Analysis, or arrives in damaged condition, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Opened product

For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. If you have a quality concern about an opened product, contact us with the batch number and details — we will review every case on its merits.

How to request a refund

Email support@hkcompounds.com with your order number, the product in question, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within one business day.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of authorization.
