All products offered by HK Compounds are strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. By purchasing from HK Compounds, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

Scope of use

  • Products are sold exclusively for in vitro research by qualified researchers.
  • Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic application.
  • Customers are responsible for following all applicable institutional, local, state, and federal regulations in the handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals.

Customer representation

The customer represents and warrants that they are purchasing products solely for legitimate research activities conducted under appropriate institutional oversight, and that they will not redistribute, resell, or supply these products to any party that intends to use them in a manner inconsistent with this policy.

Regulatory status

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. HK Compounds is a chemical supplier. HK Compounds is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B of that Act.
